how to fill the storage tank with pearlescent sand
the interlayer of storage tank shall be filled with pearlescent sand after vacuum leak detection is qualified. for storage tanks of different sizes, the quantity of pearlescent sand shall be determined according to the requirements of the drawing. during filling, fresh pearlescent sand shall be used in the day, and the sand with obvious damp proportion shall not be used. the pearlescent sand shall be treated by special drying equipment for pearlescent sand, and its moisture content shall be less than 0.3%, before filling.
during filling, the rotary vane pump can be used as the sand loading pump for the storage tank with less than 30 cubic meters, and the water ring pump can be used as the sand loading pump for the storage tank with more than 30 cubic meters. after the sand loading of the storage tank, the interlayer shall be impacted by air flow for 2 ~ 4 times by evacuation method, so as to ensure that the sand loading density of the storage tank is uniform without air gap.
interlayer evacuation: the same as that of inner cylinder
heating of storage tank: if it is found that the vacuum rise is not large during evacuation, consider whether the cleanliness of the interlayer is qualified and whether the water content of pearlescent sand exceeds the standard. at this time, consider using nitrogen to heat the vacuum balance outer cylinder of the storage tank interlayer, and at the same time, heat the inner cylinder. during heating, pay attention that the surface temperature of the outer cylinder shall not exceed 230 ℃ and the gas temperature at the outlet of the inner cylinder shall not exceed 80 ℃, the heating method can be electric heating or liquefied gas flame heating. during heating, pay attention to personal safety and equipment safety, and try to avoid long-term heating at one place. it is required to heat the container evenly from the lower part of the container. the heating time is generally 20 ~ 60 minutes depending on the size of the container. it is better to be able to obviously feel the temperature rise of the container surface by more than 10 degrees after heating, the evacuation shall be started quickly after heating, and the effect is remarkable.
static assessment: after the vacuum degree meets the requirements of the drawing, you can stop and observe for 12 to 24 hours. the evacuation time shall be determined according to the change of vacuum degree. when the interlayer vacuum degree is more than 50 grids, it is qualified if it decreases by no more than 1 grid every day.
vacuum sealing: if the vacuum degree meets the requirements of the drawing and the leakage and bleeding rate can meet the requirements, vacuum sealing can be carried out. and make daily vacuum records, which are recorded more than twice a day.
