product structure: lng sub tank and mother tank are composed of multiple sub tanks, one mother tank, corresponding process pipelines, valves, instruments, etc.
sub tank: as the main container containing low-temperature medium, it is made of austenitic stainless steel s30408; the sub tank is a vertical cylindrical leg structure. according to the volume, 4, 7 or 10 sub tanks are arranged in a certain way to connect the gas and liquid phases of all or grouped sub tanks through pipelines.
mother tank: as the protective shell of thermal insulation system, q345r / 16mndr material is usually used. the mother tank contains all the sub tanks, and uses powder stacking insulation for cold insulation to ensure that the storage medium is gasified as little as possible.
