dear doer friends, today we come to popularize the technical requirements of content device!
1. the outrigger of the inner container must adopt thermal insulation design, and the thickness of its epoxy glass cloth plate shall not be less than 150mm. in order to ensure the static evaporation rate of the sub master tank and the piping space of the sandwich pipe, the leg height shall be high enough (the height of the lower head of the inner container from the ground shall not be less than 1500mm).
short circuit of cooling capacity caused by cold bridge shall be avoided, and thermal insulation gasket shall be set for outrigger connecting bolt. through calculation, the bottom plate temperature of the outer container shall not be lower than the minimum temperature that the bottom plate material of the outer container can use.
2. the seismic design and calculation of the inner container shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of sh3048 seismic design and calculation of petrochemical steel equipment. the influence of pipe connection between inner vessels and surrounding thermal insulation materials is not considered in the calculation process.
