at the liquid inlet temperature of - 162 ℃ and according to the change of ambient temperature, the heat exchange pipe of the gasifier will undergo a variety of phase transitions (liquid phase gas phase / mixed phase gas phase), i.e. liquid phase heating section, two-phase mixing section and gas phase heating section. in order to reduce the stress caused by temperature change, our company adopts the following methods:
① the distance of the elbow in the supercooling section is lengthened to eliminate the stress;
② the frame is made of 6063 aluminum or 304 material, the fasteners are made of 304 stainless steel, and the bolt holes are enlarged;
③ the use of collecting pipe in the liquid inlet section can make the liquid diversion reasonable without bias flow; the outlet section adopts "collection pipe collection" instead of "elbow butt joint", which can minimize the stress caused by the boiling stage of gas-liquid mixed phase, improve the previous manufacturing methods, and completely solve the phenomenon of deformation, even cracking and breaking of elbow.
