the fabrication of stainless steel pipe elbow of storage tank consists of the following points:
1. stainless steel pipes must be seamless and must be purchased from large manufacturers.
2. degrease the inner side of the stainless steel pipe (acetone clean rag) before bending, and the butt weld must be subject to 100% radiographic inspection.
3. the elbow must be bent with the elbow mould, and the pipe diameter area after the elbow is formed shall not be less than 90% of the original pipe diameter area. the two ends behind the bend are sealed with self-adhesive tape to prevent the entry of stolen goods.
4. when bending, leave 100mm allowance at the end (extending out of the barrel).
